Raipur, 12 June 2021. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was met today at his residence office by the Chairman of Steel Authority of India Limited, Smt. Soma Mandal.
Between the Chief Minister Mr. Baghel and the Chairman of SAIL, Mrs. Mandal, the officers of SAIL will be given pay revision and wage revision of employees from 2017 onwards, giving priority to the native residents of Chhattisgarh in the appointment of BSP employees, training to upgrade their skills, To establish Swami Atmanand English medium schools in BSP area, to build super specialty hospital by developing facilities in Sector-9 hospital, to supply electricity to BSP residential area through CSEB and allotted to religious, cultural and social institutions of Bhilai. The topics of reducing the rate of lease renewal of land were discussed.
The Chief Minister said that the development of SAIL and Chhattisgarh are intertwined. Till now both move ahead with this mutuality and cooperation, with the passage of time this environment has become even better. He assured to give all necessary support to SAIL on behalf of the state government and expressed the hope that on issues related to the interest of Chhattisgarh state and its people, SAIL will continue to get cooperation as before.
