The web portal of ‘Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park (RIPA) Scheme’ was also launched. A
centralized database will be created with the software designed for socio-economic survey.
Door-to-door survey will be done in the scheme
through chips to more than 200 master trainers. Training will be given from 26 to 29 March

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel today launched the mobile app for the Chhattisgarh Socio-Economic Survey prepared by CHIPS at the Bharose Sammelan held at Sargaon in Mungeli district. He said that the upliftment of all sections of the state is the priority of our government. Modern techniques are being used appropriately for this. 
The Chief Minister said that a socio-economic survey of all sections of Chhattisgarh would be done through this app and many schemes would be made for the benefit of the citizens. More than 200 master trainers from across the state will be trained by CHIPS for Socio Economic Survey from March 25 to March 29, 2023 at Thakur Pyarelal State Training Institute, Nimora.          
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel also inaugurated the website of Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park (RIPA) scheme built by CHIPS on this occasion. Complete information of all the beneficiaries of RIPA scheme will be available in this portal. In this regard, it was informed that the RIPA scheme will provide equal opportunity to the rural entrepreneurs to compete at the global level. Along with this, market will also be available for the local products of Chhattisgarh like herbal gulal, dung made natural paint etc. As a result, the local citizens of the state will get an opportunity to get employment in the village near their home.
       Giving details of the mobile app developed by CHIPS, Mr. Amitabh Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of CHIPS said that this app has been developed by CHIPS. All the citizens residing in the rural areas of the state included in this survey, whose ration card has been made, or whose ration card has not been made, all will be included in this survey. A list of questions has been prepared for the survey, in which questions related to vehicles, fuel, irrigation facilities, number of family members and skill training etc. have been included.
    Assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey, Ministers Mr. Rudraguru, Mr. Shiv Dahria, Mr. Amarjit Bhagat, MLA Mr. Dharam Lal Kaushik, Mr. Punnulal Mohle, along with public representatives, dignitaries and officers in the program to honor trust. A large number of villagers were present along with it. On this occasion, Mr. Avneesh Sharan, Managing Director and Mr. Gaurav Singh, Director, Chief Executive Officer of CHIPS, Mr. Amitabh Sharma and many distinguished guests were present from the Panchayat Department.
