Raipur, 24 September 2021. During the inspection in the Pendra Road Sub-Divisional Officer’s office, the commissioner took information about the works of forest rights lease and caste certificate, including completion of case book, early disposal of cases at tehsil level. Similarly, under Pendra tehsil, information about fine, dispatch case, current case, case book, entry of diversion, pending payment and various registers etc. was taken. He asked to keep all the records of the Revenue Department correct and training should also be made available as per the requirement. By him the Nazir Branch, Kanungo Branch, Archives Room, The Tehsildar room etc. was inspected and also met the lawyers and farmers who came to the Tehsil office. Along with this, in the presence of the farmer in village Kudkai, information was taken about the Girdawari work including the crops sown in his field. Commissioner Dr Sanjay Alang expressed satisfaction with the observation of Naib Nazir branch and Modern Record Room of Pendra Tehsil and expressed happiness with Girdawari work. During the said visit, District Collector Ms. Namrata Gandhi, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Pendra Road Mr. Deges Patel, Tehsildar Pendra Mrs. Indira Mishra, Naib Tehsildar Mr. Avinash Kujur, various revenue officers and various other officers were present.
