Collector instructed officials to take action as per rules

Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure today listened to the problems of common citizens from different areas of the district through Jan Chaupal. Today 35 applications were received in Janchoupal in which citizens presented applications before the Collector regarding illegal occupation and providing benefits of schemes. The Collector instructed the officers to promptly resolve the applications received from the general public as per the rules.

Shri Kamlesh Ratre, a resident of Birgaon in Jan Chaupal, applied to the Collector for providing assistance under the inter-caste marriage scheme. Rajni Bai, a resident of Khamtarai, said that she has 1200 square feet of land in the village, but during the registry, it has been registered as 780 square feet, due to which a situation of dispute is being created without any reason by the nearby people. He requested for solution of the problem. The Collector instructed the concerned department to take necessary action on this. Residents of Bhathagaon area of ​​the capital urged to declare Bhathagaon Road as no entry zone for heavy vehicles from 6 am to 10 pm.

Today in Janchoupal, Vinod Sahu, a resident of Kabir Nagar, presented before the Collector the amount for providing handicapped assistance, Rahul Dhangar, a resident of Tikrapara, got the Hummer Hospital started in Martyr Brigadier Usman Ward, social worker Suresh Diwan got the goods vehicles checked regularly in Siltara, resident of village Khudmuri. Ashwani Mirza applied for the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Similarly, other people also submitted applications related to their demands and problems. It is noteworthy that to come face to face with the problems of common citizens, Jan Chaupal is organized every Monday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm in the Collectorate Hall.
