The code of conduct for assembly elections has come into force in Chhattisgarh. Meanwhile, a group of youths kept creating ruckus till late night in a club in Muzgahan police station area of Raipur. Then even after coming out of the club, he was seen abusing obscenely. When its video surfaced, Muzgahan police station was contacted in this matter. So he said that there is no such thing as timing of closure of the club, we get it closed as per our own.

Actually, a video surfaced around 1 o’clock on Wednesday night. In which many youths were creating ruckus inside a private club. The noise of this fight continued for about half an hour. After that those youths came out of the club. Then he came out and stood on the road and kept abusing continuously. Amidst this fight, some of the youth left the spot, only then the matter calmed down. The sound kept echoing far, police station was within 500 meters.

According to information received from sources, this uproar by the youth continued for a long time. Whose voice was coming far away. But no one tried to intervene and stop them. Besides this, Muzgahan police station is situated just 500 meters away from this club. No one there was aware of this commotion.

SHO said – There is no such thing as timing of closing the club, we do it as per our wish.

Under the electoral code of conduct, Raipur Police is checking vehicles by creating check points on the roads across the city. But when SHO Deepesh Jaiswal was talked to about the ruckus and abuses by the youth in Muzgahan police station area, he gave an irresponsible reply. He said that there is nothing like timing to close the clubs. We get it closed as per our convenience. There is no such rule. When someone comes with a complaint, something will happen.

So in this case, Raipur Rural ASP Neeraj Chandrakar said that information about this incident has been received, after investigating the matter, instructions have been given to the police station to take immediate action.

No action is taken in most cases

Neither side complains to the police about the fights and uproar that take place in the city’s clubs and dhabas till late night. He wants to avoid legal troubles. Apart from this, the club staff also starts suppressing the matter. Due to all these reasons no action is taken in most of the cases.
