Chief Ministeri Bhupesh Baghel has paid his tributes to former Home Minister Shaheed Shri Nand Kumar Patel on his birthday on November 8, remembering him. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that Mr. Patel had dreamed of taking Chhattisgarh to the heights of development. He was a popular, skilled mass leader attached to the ground. His passing is an irreparable loss to Chhattisgarh.
