Chief Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Mr. Amitabh Jain visited Sehat Bazar Millet Café located near Dalpat Sagar Island of Jagdalpur on Sunday. At the same time, he learned about the dishes made from Bastar’s traditional small grain crop Kodo-Kutki and Ragi and enjoyed Dosa, Vada and Pizza made from Ragi. He praised the taste of these dishes a lot. Shri Jain interacted with the members of Mom’s Food, which runs Millet Café, and encouraged them. On this occasion, Collector Shri Vijay Dayaram K. Gave detailed information about millet products including cultivation of millet crops under the Millet Mission in the district. During this, Senior Superintendent of Police Mr. Jitendra Meena, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Prakash Sarve, Additional Collector and Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Haresh Mandavi and other officers were present.
