Applications will be taken from the general public in Gram Panchayats and urban bodies from 8 to 11 April

Raipur, 7 April 2025

Under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the state-wide launch of Sushasan Tihaar is going to be held from April 8 to solve the problems of the people and meet them face-to-face. This Sushasan Tihaar, which will be organized in three phases, will continue till May 31.

In the first phase, from April 8 to April 11, applications will be taken directly from the general public in the offices of Gram Panchayats and urban bodies. Under Sushasan Tihaar, applications will also be received through online application portal and Common Service Center. Samadhan Box will also be kept in development blocks and district headquarters to receive applications.

It is noteworthy that the state of Chhattisgarh is celebrating the silver jubilee of its establishment this year. Fortunately, this year is also the birth centenary year of the creator of Chhattisgarh state, Bharat Ratna former Prime Minister late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, which the state government is celebrating as “Atal Nirman Varsh”. Organizing Sushasan Tihar-2025 is an important initiative in the series of efforts being made by the state government towards good governance.

All the applications received under Sushasan Tihar-2025 will be entered in the software and assigned to the concerned departments, and their disposal will be ensured within a month.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has directed all the district collectors to ensure smooth organisation of Sushasan Tihar and prompt disposal of the applications received under it. He said that the status and quality of disposal will also be reviewed at the state and district level.

*Promotion of solution camps and schemes*

In the third phase, Samadhan camps will be organized in 8 to 15 Gram Panchayats of each district. Camps will also be organized in urban bodies as per the need.
In the camps, the general public will be informed about the status of their application, and as far as possible, the application will be resolved there itself. The remaining problems will be resolved within a month and information will be given. Information about public welfare schemes will be given in the camps and application forms for beneficiary-oriented schemes will also be made available. Active participation of MPs, MLAs and other public representatives is being ensured in this campaign. The Chief Minister, Ministers, Chief Secretary, Secretary-in-charge and senior officers will themselves be present in the camps and communicate with the general public, and take feedback of the benefits being received from development works and schemes. Along with this, the reality of the ongoing works will also be evaluated through surprise inspection.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has said that the objective of Sushasan Tihar 2025 is to provide effective and prompt solution to the problems of the general public, transparency in government work and to establish direct communication with the public. He has appealed to the people of the state to join Sushasan Tihar and inform the government and administration about their problems, so that concrete steps can be taken towards their solution.
