Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has congratulated and wished the people of the state on Guru Purnima. In his message issued on the eve of Guru Purnima, the Chief Minister has said that Guru has been given the highest place in Indian culture. There is a tradition of celebrating Guru Purnima in India on the day of Ashadha Purnima. On this day, respect and gratitude is expressed for the invaluable knowledge and guidance of the Gurus. Guru brings the light of knowledge by eradicating the darkness of ignorance in life. The Chief Minister said that we should move forward by assimilating the invaluable teachings given by the Gurus in our lives.
