Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has congratulated and congratulated the people of the state on the occasion of World Tourism Day on 27th September. Shri Baghel has said in his congratulatory message that Chhattisgarh is a state full of tourism potential. Where along with picturesque places of natural beauty, there are many places of religious, mythological, spiritual, historical and archaeological importance. Rivers, waterfalls, waterfalls and tourist places covered with dense forests attract tourists. Many places of Chhattisgarh are associated with our ancient mythological and cultural heritage. The entire attention of the state government is focused towards developing tourism here.
The Chief Minister has said that the ancient Dandakaranya forest and the birthplace of Mata Kaushalya are our pride. Chitrakote Falls on Indravati River, the famous Laxman Temple of Sirpur and Dussehra of Bastar are famous throughout the country. It is believed that the great poet Kalidas composed Meghdoot in the hills of Ramgarh in Chhattisgarh. The oldest theater is here. Mr. Baghel has said that the tourism scenario and cultural tradition of Chhattisgarh is unique. The state government is making efforts to introduce the mythological importance of Chhattisgarh and its beauty to the country and the world. The tourist centers here are being developed. The areas of ancient Chhattisgarh (South Kosala) that Lord Ramachandra passed through during his exile, It is being developed as Ram Vanagaman Tourism Circuit. This tourism circuit is being constructed from Korea to Sukma. Under which tourists from India and abroad will be able to get high level facilities.
The Chief Minister said that the fair organized in Rajim has been given a new form by linking it with the culture and tradition of Chhattisgarh under the name of Rajim Punni Fair. In Chhattisgarh, 13 places are being developed into ethnic places under eco and tribal tourism. The development of Satrenga is an important achievement in the field of water and adventure tourism. Along with this, an effort has been made to establish Chhattisgarh on the world stage by organizing the National Tribal Dance Festival in the state.
