Raipur, 15 May 2021 . Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel laid the foundation stone for Arpa upliftment and shore enrichment work costing Rs 93 crore 70 lakh in Bilaspur in a virtual program organized at his Raipur residence office on May 16 at 12:00 pm and thereafter in Janjgir-Champa district at 1 pm. 500-bed Kovid-19 will inaugurate the hospital. This hospital at Janjgir Champa also has a facility of 300 oxygen beds.
The foundation stone program of Arpa upliftment and water conservation work organized by Bilaspur Smart City Limited in Bilaspur will be chaired by Home Minister and Minister in-charge of the district Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu and Dr. Shivkumar Dahria, Minister of Urban Administration and Development Department will be virtually joined as a special guest. Member of Parliament Mr. Arun Saw, Parliamentary Secretary Mrs. Rashmi Ashish Singh, Mayor Mr. Ramsharan Yadav, MLA Mr. Shailesh Pandey, District Panchayat President Mr. Arun Singh Chauhan, Chairman of the Corporation as Guest of Honor Shri Sheikh Naziruddin and Shri Atal Shrivastava will be present. The event will also feature a video on the Arpa Coast Promotion.
