Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel will launch a new version of the online conversion portal designed by simplifying the conversion process for speedy and time-bound redressal of undisputed conversion and account division cases in the state in a virtual program organized at his residence office on October 17.
The online application received from the registration office and citizens through the portal will be automatically entered in the enrollment register. After which the option will be taken from the buyer regarding the transfer to the Revenue Court or Gram Panchayats. After the option, a copy of the general letter and personal information will be available in the departmental website.
In the new version, the parties will be informed about the registration of the case, the date of each appearance and the date of the order and the rectification of the records through SMS. If no objection is received in the matter, order will be passed.
Within 07 days of the order being passed, the records will be rectified and verified with digital signature by Halka Patwari. This will save the time of the common citizens and the court cases will be resolved soon.
