Raipur: Chief Minister will hand over 23 new tehsils to the people of the state on November 11

3-3 in Bilaspur and Janjgir-Champa district and 2-2 new tehsils in Raipur, Durg, Korba and Balrampur-Ramanujganj districts

New Tehsils in Dhamtari, Rajnandgaon, Balod, Mungeli, Surguja, Korea, Surajpur, Jashpur and Sukma

Raipur, 10 November 2020. On November 11, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will hand over 23 new tehsils to the people of the state. These 23 new tehsils have been formed keeping in view the public convenience in 15 districts of the state. These tehsils will start functioning duly from 11 November. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate these new tehsils at 11 am from his residence office in Raipur. Legislative Speaker Dr. Charan Das Mahant, Revenue Minister Shri Jaisinghwal and many ministers and MLAs will be specially present in the inaugural program of the new tehsils. With the notification of the formation of new tehsils, published in the Gazette on November 11, these tehsils will become effective.
It is worth noting that the much-awaited demand of the general public for the reorganization of the tehsils has been formulated by the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. With the introduction of these new tehsils, now villagers and farmers will be able to solve their revenue related matters.
2 new tehsils Kharora and Gobra Nawapara in Raipur district, 1 new tehsil Bhakhara in Dhamtari district, 2 new tehsil Bori and Bhilai-3 in Durg district, 1 new tehsil Gandai in Rajnandgaon district, 1 new tehsil Arjunda in Balod district, Bilaspur district 3 Naveen Tehsil Sakri, Ratanpur and Belghana, 1 Naveen Tehsil Lalpur Police Station in Mungeli District, 3 Naveen Tehsil Saragaon, Bamnidih and Baradhar in Janjgir-Champa District, 2 Naveen Tehsil Darri and Hardibazar in Korba District, 1 New Tehsil Darima in Sarguja, Balrampur – 2 new tehsils Ramchandrapur and Samri in Ramanujganj district, 1 new tehsil Kelhari in Koriya district, 1 new tehsil latori in Surajpur district, 1 new tehsil Sanna in Jashpur district and 1 new tehsil Gadiras in Sukma district.
Of the 2 new tehsils formed in Raipur district, 27 Patwari Halkas and 70 villages in Kharora Tehsil and 24 Patwari Halkas and 54 villages in Gobra Nawapara Naveen Tehsil, 1 Naveen Tehsil Bhakhara constituted in Dhamtari district consists of 28 Patwari Halkas and 73 villages. Similarly, two new tehsils formed in Durg district include 13 Patwari Halkas and 37 villages in Bori Tehsil out of Bori and Bhilai-3 and 40 Patwari Halkas and 90 villages in Bhilai-3. 1 new tehsil constituted in Rajnandgaon district, 19 patwari haldas and 78 villages in gandai, 1 new tehsil in balod district, 21 patwari haldas in Arjunda and 62 villages, 3 tehsils in bilaspur district 3 tehsils in Sakri, Ratanpur and belgahna in Sakri tehsil 31 Patwari mild and 74 villages, There are 14 Patwari Halkas and 49 villages in Ratanpur Tehsil and 19 Patwari Halkas and 66 Villages in Belgahna Tehsil. The 1 Tehsil Lalpur police station formed in Mungeli district consists of 24 Patwari Halkas and 93 villages. The 3 new tehsils formed in Janjgir-Champa district include 11 Patwari Halkas and 33 villages in Saragaon Tehsil out of Saragaon, Bamnidih and Baradwar, 12 Patwari Halkas and 39 Villages in Bamnidih Tehsil and 20 Patwari Halkas and 50 Villages in Baradwar Tehsil.
Similarly, out of 2 new tehsils Darri and Hardibazar formed in Korba district, 25 Patwari Halkas and 48 Villages in Darri Tehsil and 19 Patwari Halkas and 48 Villages in Hardibazar Tehsil are included. The 1 new tehsil darima formed in Surguja district consists of 20 Patwari Halkas and 51 villages. Of the 2 tehsils Ramchandrapur and Samri formed in Balrampur-Ramanujganj district, Ramchandrapur tehsil consists of 21 Patwari Halkas and 61 villages and 17 Patwari Halkas and 46 villages in Samari Tehsil. 1 Naveen Tehsil constituted in Koriya district, 13 Patwari Halkas and 74 villages in Kelhari, 28 Patwari Halkas in 1 new Tehsil Latori and 64 villages set up in 64 villages, Jashpur district, 18 Patwari Halkas in Sannapur And 64 villages and 1 new tehsil Gadiras constituted in Sukma district consists of 12 Patwari Halkas and 22 villages.
