Raipur, 02 October 2021. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel unveiled the statue of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi at Mahatma Gandhi Sadan, Municipal Corporation Raipur Headquarter Complex here today on the occasion of birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi. He paid homage to Bapu by laying flowers on his statue.
On this occasion Agriculture Minister Shri Ravindra Choubey, School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam, Municipal Corporation Raipur Mayor Shri Ejaz Dhebar, Lok Sabha MP Shri Sunil Soni, Former Minister and Senior MLA Shri Satyanarayan Sharma, MLA Shri Brijmohan Agrawal, Municipal Corporation’s Chairman Shri Pramod Dubey, Leader of Opposition Smt. Minal Choubey, Chairman of Raipur Development Authority Shri Subhash Dhuppad along with MIC Member, Councilor, Municipal Commissioner Shri Prabhat Malik and officers-employees of the Corporation were present.
