Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 74 different development works worth Rs 174 crore 93 lakh in the district during his first visit to Gunderdehi, the tehsil headquarters of Balod district on January 17. During this, Shri Sai will inaugurate and perform Bhoomi Pujan of various development works of Rural Engineering Services, Public Health Engineering, Water Resources Department, Tribal Development Department and Public Works Department for the three assembly constituencies of the district.
After reaching Gunderdehi, Chief Minister Shri Sai will first inaugurate the development works in the JLM English Medium School campus and perform Bhoomi Pujan. After this he will participate in the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra organized at JLM English Medium School grounds. During this time, apart from inspecting the stalls set up there, he will also distribute materials to the beneficiaries benefited from various schemes of the government. Chief Minister Shri Sai, by participating in the distribution program of Shri Ramcharit Manas of Tulsi Manas Pratishthan organized at JLM English Medium School ground, symbolically presented a copy of Shri Ramcharit Manas to a total of 21 devotees and spread the awareness among the people about the reading of Shri Ramcharit Manas. Will encourage the general public for their wide publicity. In the function, bhajans will also be presented by famous Manas troupes of Chhattisgarh. During this period, Chief Minister Shri Sai will also give awards to 05 Ramayana troupes. On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai will also distribute LPG connections, Ayushman cards etc. under Ayushman Bharat scheme among the beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. After this, after reaching Chandi Mandir and Ram Mandir situated in Hatari Para Gunderdehi and offering prayers, he will reach Rajbada and participate in the family programme.
