Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, while remembering senior journalist late Madhukar Kher on his birth anniversary (21 February), said that his contribution in enriching Hindi and English journalism in Chhattisgarh is invaluable.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that late Shri Madhukar Kher worked to make the society aware, bring public problems to the fore and inspire positive change through his unbiased, factual and public interest journalism. His writings were not only related to social concerns, but also became a medium to sharpen public consciousness.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Shri Kher’s dedication and his legacy of journalism remain a source of inspiration for the new generation even today. His thoughts, principles and values inspire us to move forward in the direction of fair, strong and society-oriented journalism.
