Collector and Superintendent of Police office will be inaugurated
Chief Minister will perform Bhoomipujan and inaugurate 15 works worth more than 200 crores in the newly formed district.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate the 32nd district of Chhattisgarh Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur on September 9. The newly formed district Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur is coming into existence after separating from the district of Koriya. The new collector’s office, superintendent of police’s office and other departments’ offices will be inaugurated by the Chief Minister. Chief Minister Shri Baghel will perform Bhoomi Pujan and inaugurate 15 works of Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur worth Rs.200 crore 73 lakh. In which Bhoomi Pujan of 09 works worth 187 crore 04 lakh 66 thousand and 06 works of 13 crore 68 lakh 57 thousand will be inaugurated. During this, distribution of beneficiary oriented materials will also be done to the beneficiaries of schemes related to various departments.
The main functions of Bhoomi Pujan-
Under the Ghutra group water supply scheme of Bharatpur Sonhat, 29 included villages and the cost amount for the proposed 4517 domestic tap connection for the year 2023, Rs 4184.46 lakh, 30 covered villages under the Kharladhar group water supply scheme and the cost for the proposed 4042 domestic tap connections for the year 2023 Amount Rs 3402.06 lakh, 20 covered villages under Lai group water supply scheme and proposed 4288 domestic tap connections for the year 2023 Rs 3795.07 lakhs, 25 covered villages under Chunpur group water supply scheme and cost for proposed 6271 domestic tap connections for the year 2023 Amount of Rs 5221.81 lakh, Rs 216.76 lakh for Chanwaridand single village public supply scheme, Rs 599.91 lakh for construction of 2 km length including bridge-culvert from capital to Chirhatola road, Rs 438.95 lakh for new power sub-station Madisarai.

The main functions of the launch-
492.84 lakhs for the construction of remaining work of Singhor diversion scheme of Gram Panchayat Khadakhoh of Bharatpur-Sonhat area, Rs 324.60 lakhs for the remaining work of Gram Panchayat Khetauli Shailapatpar diversion scheme, dams and canals of Gram Panchayat Tartora Reservoir Scheme Rs 132.55 lakh for renovation, works costing Rs 119.33 lakh for dam and canal renovation of Gram Panchayat Barauta Reservoir Scheme will be dedicated.
At the same time, the cost amount of Rs 179.25 lakh for construction of 03 nos. prisoner barracks and prisoner toilets in Manendragarh district jail of Manendragarh and N. In H. 43 Main Road from Singh Petrol Pump to Chandan Hotel, works costing Rs 120 lakh will be inaugurated for street lighting work.
