The Chief Minister reached Pendra Press Club, here he inaugurated the press club building cum reading room built at a cost of Rs. 50 lakh, local journalists will be facilitated by this building built at a cost of Rs. School students and youth preparing for competitive examinations will get the benefit of the reading room. The Chief Minister also unveiled the statue of late Pandit Madhavrao Sapre here. This statue made at a cost of two lakh rupees has been unveiled on the occasion of Sapre ji’s 152nd birth anniversary. On this occasion, Pandit Madhav Rao Sapre Memorial Festival is also being organized here. Renowned litterateurs and senior journalists of the country and state are also participating in the festival.
