Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel appreciated the melodious rendition of little folk singer Aaru Sahu during the enchanting performance of Raut Nacha and Sua dance during Govardhan Puja at his residence today and said that Aaru had composed the very old song ‘Chana Ke Dar Raja, Chana Ke. Beautiful presentation of ‘Dar Rani’. Referring to the elegance of Chhattisgarhi songs and the melodiousness of the language, he said that Aaru has brought back the memories of the old forgotten Chhattisgarhi songs with his performance. On this occasion, the Chief Minister remembered the country’s famous singer Mohammad Rafi Sahab and said that he also sang ‘Gonda Phool Gay Mor Raja, Gonda Phool Gay Mor Bairi’ from Chhattisgarhi, which became very popular.
