Raipur: Chief Minister praised Ramtil production in Keshavpur Gothan

    Raipur, 15 December 2020.  During the visit of Adarsh ​​Gothan Keshavpur of Ambikapur district on 14 December, during the stay of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel Sarguja district, under the guidance of Janpad Panchayat and Agriculture Department here, appreciated the Ramatil production by women of self-help group and said that low cost and low Caring crops are a good way to get income from cultivation of Ramtil. He observed other activities including vegetable cultivation, mushroom production, quail farming, poultry farming, beekeeping, vermicompost making by women of self-help groups and interacted directly with local public representatives and women of self-help groups. The former Chief Minister also inaugurated the poultry shelter built at Gothan. 
    The Chief Minister interacted directly with the women of the group and asked how many people have sold cow dung, how much vermicompost has been made from cow dung and how much has been sold so far. Women of Devi Self Help Group told that vermi compost is also being prepared in Gothan. So far 160 quintal vermi compost has been prepared. So far 160 quintal dung has been purchased under the Godhan Nyaya Yojana. He said that marigold flower was planted in about half an acre in Gothan, from which income of about 12 thousand rupees and vegetable cultivation is about 18 thousand rupees. 
    During this, the Chief Minister, while interacting with the local people’s representatives, asked for continuous support and guidance for rural development. He should solve small problems of common people at the gram panchayat level.
