Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel participated in the devotee Mata Karma Jayanti and Chief Minister’s mass wedding ceremony organized at village Datan in Balodabazar-Bhatapara district through video conferencing from his residence office here today. The marriage of 27 couples took place under the Adarsh Mass Marriage. On this occasion, the Chief Minister congratulated the bride and groom for entering married life and wished them a happy life. Home Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu from the Chief Minister’s residence office through video conferencing and Parliamentary Secretary Ms. Shakuntala Sahu, President of Krishak Kalyan Parishad Mr. Surendra Sharma were also present in Datan.
Addressing the program, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that many schemes for the livelihood of the youth are being run through the government, everyone should take advantage of these schemes. Our fight against malnutrition is going on continuously. We are doing the work of strengthening the hospitals in the districts, along with this, the Mukhyamantri Haat Bazar Clinic Scheme is also being run. The Chief Minister said that our government is continuously making efforts for the economic progress of the people of the state. Keeping in mind the interests of the homeless brothers and sisters in the state, this time a provision of Rs 3200 crore has been made in the budget for the construction of buildings for the homeless people. From coming 1st April, after surveying and identifying homeless people, buildings will be sanctioned to the eligible beneficiaries in a systematic manner. Through the Rural Industrial Park, employment is being made available to young friends through small scale industries.
