Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has paid tribute to the famous poet, writer and journalist ‘Padma Bhushan’ Mr. Makhanlal Chaturvedi on his death anniversary on January 30. Recalling the contribution of Shri Makhanlal Chaturvedi to the country and his writings, Mr. Baghel said that Makhanlal ji awakened the feeling of patriotism among the people with his impressive writing and inspired them to actively cooperate in the freedom struggle. He went to jail several times during the freedom struggle. A unique confluence of sacrifice, sacrifice and patriotism with love for nature is seen in his creations. The popular composition Pushp’s Abhilasha written by him in the Central Jail of Bilaspur during the freedom struggle is a beautiful example of this. Mr. Baghel said that Makhanlal Chaturvedi’s literature and invaluable contribution to the country will always inspire people.
