More than 11 crore 96 lakh rupees have been deposited in the accounts of 5981 daughters of labourer families

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the state government is running many welfare schemes for the benefit of workers. The state government has started the Chief Minister Noni Empowerment Assistance Scheme with the aim of improving the living standards of the daughters of laborer families. Labor Minister Shri Lakhan Lal Devangan has directed the officials of the Labor Department to provide maximum benefits of departmental schemes. The purpose of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the daughters of laborer families so that they can fulfill their education and other needs.

    A total of 5981 beneficiary daughters have been benefited under this scheme in Mahasamud district. An amount of Rs 20,000 has been deposited in the bank account of each daughter. Thus, a total of Rs 11 crore 96 lakh 20 thousand has been paid. This amount is proving to be an important support for those families who were facing difficulty in fulfilling the education and other needs of their daughters due to financial constraints.

    The Noni Empowerment Assistance Scheme is not only providing relief to labourer families, but it is also proving to be an important step towards making the daughters of the district self-reliant and empowered. This is promoting the education of girls and their overall development in the state.

    Mahasamund Ayodhya Nagar resident beneficiary Geeta Nishad told that the amount of this scheme has come in her bank account. She told that she will spend this amount on college education. She thanked the Chief Minister for this help and said that this amount will prove helpful in furthering her education. Her family is very happy with this scheme of the government. Since the launch of Mukhyamantri Noni Empowerment Assistance Scheme in Mahasamund district, an amount of 20-20 thousand rupees has been deposited directly in the bank accounts of the daughters of 5981 eligible beneficiaries. Due to this scheme, the daughters of workers are now becoming empowered and self-reliant.

    This scheme is providing financial assistance as well as social assistance to the beneficiaries. This amount is providing strong support to the daughters of labourer families in education, employment, self-employment as well as their marriage. Only workers registered with Chhattisgarh Bhawan and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board are eligible for this scheme. For the purpose of making the daughters of labourer families self-reliant and to provide them financial assistance for education and employment, under the Chief Minister Noni Empowerment Assistance Scheme, the state government deposits financial assistance of Rs. 20,000 each in the bank account of the first two daughters of an eligible labourer family to make them self-reliant and empowered. Under this scheme, daughters of labourer/labourer families whose age is at least 18 years and not more than 21 years and who are unmarried are given financial assistance of Rs. 20,000 each
