With this energy, the Government of Chhattisgarh has started many new schemes in the last four years with the resolution of Garhbo Nava Chhattisgarh. There have been many such innovations, due to which every hand has got work from village to city. To give impetus to the rural economy, Suraji Gaon Yojana, Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Godhan Nyay Yojana was started. It is being developed as a multiactivity center and rural industrial park in Gauthan. C-marts have been started for sale of products manufactured by self-help groups. Under the Rajiv Gandhi Rural Landless Agriculture Labor Justice Scheme, the people associated with the Pauni-Pasi system got financial assistance. Their positive impact is visible in Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh is on top in terms of lowest unemployment rate in the country.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has said that the state government started working with the vision of Mahatma Gandhi’s Gram Swarajya with the goal of inclusive development. While innovations were made in the direction of economic strengthening of the villages, agriculture and forest produce based industries have been kept in the priority category in the new industrial policy in view of the state’s agriculture based economy and abundant forest produce available in the forest areas. Establishment of industries will create new opportunities for employment and self-employment. The state government was successful in promoting the ancient culture and traditions of Chhattisgarh and connecting the new generation with it. Mr. Baghel said that in the last few years, Chhattisgarh has set new steps of success in front of the country and the world.
