Addressing the program, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said that today we are celebrating the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna late Mr. Rajiv Gandhi and on this occasion funds for justice schemes have been distributed and new revenue offices have been inaugurated.
An amount of 2055.60 crore has been sent directly to the accounts of farmers, labourers, poor and cowherds.
Rajiv ji’s birth anniversary is being celebrated as Sadbhavna Diwas all over the country.
Today, 224 development works worth Rs 704 crore were inaugurated and Bhumi Pujan was done in Mahasamund district. These include inauguration of 132 works costing Rs 71 crore 08 lakh and foundation stone laying ceremony of 92 works costing Rs 632 crore 88 lakh.
In today’s function, 18 new tehsils and 13 new sub-divisional offices were inaugurated in the state. By combining these, there will be 250 tehsils and 122 subdivisions in the state. In a quarter to five years, we have formed 06 new districts. The number of districts in the state has gone up to 33.
The general public is getting the benefit of our schemes. NITI Aayog has just released a report. It has been told in this that 40 lakh people have come out of poverty in Chhattisgarh in five years.
In Kabirdham, Surguja and Dantewada, 23 to 25 percent people have come out of poverty. The poverty ratio in Raipur, Dhamtari and Balod districts is now less than 10 percent.
Friends, The biggest achievement of our government is to bring 40 lakh people out of poverty. This is proof of our work. The Niti Aayog itself is testifying to our work.
This miracle has happened only because of the justice schemes implemented for farmers, laborers and tribals.
The Chief Minister said that whether it is about agriculture, development of tribals, empowerment of women, increase in income of every citizen, employment, creation of employment opportunities, strengthening of rural economy. Whether it is expansion of facilities in urban areas, expansion of education facilities, expansion of medical facilities, today Chhattisgarh is witnessing a big change in every field.
We have done the work of development considering the individual as a unit. Administrative units have been shortened
Keeping in mind the convenience of the farmers, we also worked to bring the paddy collection centers closer to the farmers. The collection centers and purchase centers were increased, due to which paddy procurement increased, but there was no shortage of gunny bags, no queues, nor did farmers face any problem in reaching the money.
Our state is a state of farmers, labourers, caste tribes, youth, for which the government is continuously working, the Chief Minister’s Nutrition Scheme is implemented, Haat-Bazar Clinic scheme has been implemented in the village.
Dr. Khubchand Baghel Yojana for assistance up to five lakh for treatment and Chief Minister’s Special Assistance Scheme for assistance up to Rs. 20 lakh were implemented.
A child from a poor family had a lung problem, he was given a help of Rs 19 lakh from the government. The government stands with all.
Earlier there were only 6 medical colleges, we have acquired four new medical colleges out of which one and now four more new medical colleges are going to be opened in Gidam, Janjgir-Champa, Kawardha, Manendragarh in the state. Now there will be 14 medical colleges.
The Chief Minister said that this is your government, the government of everyone including farmers, laborers, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, youth. For whose development we are continuously working.
We are giving 4000 rupees instead of 2500 to tendu leaf collectors, 35 kg ration per family instead of 7 kg to the poor, today every family has a ration card. 74 lakh ration cards have been made, whether it is APL or BPL,
42 lakh families have been given exemption of up to 400 units under the Electricity Bill Half Scheme. Crores of rupees subsidy has been given for irrigation pumps. Today it is a matter of happiness that people are happy taking advantage of these schemes.
Our government has worked in the interest of every class in five and a half years
, there was not a single English medium government school, today 377 English medium schools and 349 Hindi medium Swami Atmanand excellent schools have been opened, English colleges have also been opened for health,
education Along with this, we have also done the work of giving holiday for Teej festival. This is possible only in our government. Siyan people are also playing in the Chhattisgarhi Olympics. There
are three games in which we will give prizes and jobs.
Artists from the country and abroad come to the tribal festival, we have worked to save our heritage. Ram-Van-Gaman-Tourism circuit is being developed. We have done the work of beautifying and beautifying Sirpur.
We have decided that Jaitkham will be established wherever Scheduled Caste people live in the plains.
The temple of Kaushalya Mata is only in our state, it is discussed in the country and the world.
Today there is prosperity in the homes of the farmers, we have waived off the loans of the farmers, given their rights to the labourers, forest dwellers. So we have not done any favor, this is the right of all of you, our government has done the work of providing this right, our
government is a government of service and life. During the Corona period, there was neither shortage of oxygen nor medicines in Chhattisgarh, we took oxygen to other states as well.
