Meeting: Vaishali Nagar Assembly, Durg District
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel unveiled the statue of martyr Chumman Yadav at Tiranga Chowk in Durg Vaishali Nagar Cantonment. The Chief Minister paid tribute to martyr Chumman Yadav by offering a wreath on his statue.
On this occasion, Forest and District Incharge Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar, Durg MLA Mr. Devendra Yadav, Mayor Mr. Neeraj Pal and his mother Mrs. Radhabai Yadav, along with many public representatives were present.
Martyr Shri Chumman Yadav was martyred on 30 August 2014 during a terrorist encounter in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir.
The Chief Minister was thanked by the Yadav Samaj for the installation of the idol.
