The Soni family warmly welcomed the Chief Minister by performing Tilak-Aarti at the main door of the house and presenting him with a bouquet and a pot.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel tasted Chhattisgarhi Tadka Laga Munga-Badi, Jimmy Kanda, Lal Bhaji, Bohar Bhaji, Khatta Bhindi and Kumhada after the meet-meet program in Raipur today. After meeting at Pragati Maidan near District Hospital located in Pandri of Raipur North Assembly Constituency, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel reached Anganwadi Assistant Ms. Kaushalya Soni’s house for food in Trimurti Nagar. The Soni family warmly welcomed the Chief Minister at the main gate of the house by performing tilak and aarti and presenting him with a bouquet and a pot.

Chief Minister Mr. Baghel along with MLA Mr. Kuldeep Juneja and Mayor Mr. Ejaz Dhebar enjoyed pure Chhattisgarhi food served simply by the members of the Soni family. The Chief Minister relished rice, dal, roti, Chaulai Bhaji, Lal Bhaji, Bohar Bhaji, Khatta Jimmy Kanda, Kumhda and Munga-Badi’s vegetable with intimacy. Expressing gratitude to Sushri Soni and her family members for the delicious food, the Chief Minister thanked the entire family by presenting them gifts. The Soni family was extremely happy to see the Chief Minister having food in the midst of his hospitality.

Anganwadi helper Ms. Kaushalya Soni told the Chief Minister during the meal that she has been working as an Anganwadi helper for the last 26 years. Earlier he used to get negligible amount of honorarium. The government has increased the honorarium to five thousand rupees from this year. Sushri Soni thanked the Chief Minister on behalf of all her Anganwadi assistants for the good increase in honorarium.
