Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel reached the venue of the 53rd annual convention of Delhiwar Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj at village Parasarai under Arjunda tehsil of Balod district.
Inaugurating the program by offering flowers and wreaths and lighting a lamp on the photograph of Chhattisgarh Mahatari at the venue, the
Chief Minister bowed down to the photographs of Chhattisgarh Mahatari as well as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Dau Kurmi Pyarelal Belchand and Dau Dhalsingh Dilliwar by garlanding them.
During this, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel was offered Tuladan with typical Thethri-Khurmi dishes.
The Chief Minister greeted all the dignitaries and society representatives who had come.
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, while addressing the 53rd annual session of Parsatrai Delhiwar Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj, village under Arjunda tehsil of Balod district, said that
Delhiwar society has always contributed in the field of agriculture.
This year we have procured a record 107 lakh metric tonnes of paddy. About 22 thousand crore rupees were paid to the farmers.
