Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inspected the Agriculture Cooperative Society Sarkho Paddy Procurement Center under Nawagarh Development Block in Janjgir-Champa district this evening. After discussing with the farmers who came to sell paddy, they got information about tokens and paddy purchase system. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel rubbed the paddy out of his hands and pulled out the rice and observed the quality of the paddy broken and puddle. In Mandi Phad, after discussing with Sarkho farmers Shri Ghasiram Sahu, Sanjay Sahu, Reshamlal Sahu, Kedarnath Saw and Hanuman Das, there is no problem in producing paddy according to acreage, there is no problem in selling paddy, arrangement here, amount after selling paddy It came to the account that no, there is no problem in getting the token etc. The farmers expressed satisfaction over the system of the market.

 

The Chief Minister inquired about the sale of cow dung from cow dung collectors under the Godhan Nyaya Yojana in Sarkho. Dungkul resident of dung seller Tendubhatha told that he has collected dung so far and has sold dung of 24 thousand rupees and has repaid the remaining debt of marriage of his boy from the amount received, dung seller Mr. Sanjay Yadav told that Has sold cow dung and has also purchased three cows from the amount obtained from cow dung. Some money is deposited in the bank. Expressing happiness, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel appealed to the farmers to work hard and hard.

 

Shri Baghel worshiped the Hanuman temple at Sarkho Society and sought blessings from Lord Hanuman for the well being of the people of the state. On this occasion, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Dr. Charandas Mahant, Minister of Panchayat and Rural Development, Shri T.S. Farmers of the society were present including Singhdev, School Education and Tribal Welfare Minister Dr. Premasai Singh Tekam, Chandrapur MLA Mr. Ramkumar Yadav. It is noteworthy that 1068 farmers are registered in the ideal paddy procurement center Sarkho. So far, 37 thousand 629 quintal paddy has been sold by 869 farmers. A target has been set to procure 46 thousand quintals of paddy in this center. Out of which 81.4 percent paddy has been purchased. So far, Rs 7.05 crore has been paid to the farmers. Out of the purchased paddy, 22 thousand 610 quintal paddy has been taken up. Total area of ​​1068 farmers registered in the center is 1243. 22 hectares. In this ideal paddy procurement center, a platform and enclosure have been constructed to preserve the paddy. Plantation has also been done keeping in mind the environment and beauty. Paddy weights have also been arranged on the basis of the number of registered farmers, besides tarpaulin etc. have also been ensured to keep paddy safe from unseasonal rains.
