Gift of 01 crore given for the construction of social building
The Chief Minister praised the painting of the newly constructed statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj with cow dung paint.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel attended the 53rd annual convention of Delhiwar Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj at village Parasarai in Arjunda tehsil of Balod district today. During this, he announced Rs 1 crore for building construction works for Kurmi Samaj in Pulgaon fort and Rs 25 lakh for Muktidham, waiting room and access road on the demand of Sarpanch of Parasatrai. On this occasion, Parliamentary Secretary and Gundardehi Assembly MLA Mr. Kunwar Singh Nishad, Sanjari-Balod MLA Mrs. Sangeeta Sinha, Vice President of State Labor Welfare Board Mr. Keshav Bunty Harmukh, District Panchayat President Mrs. Sonadevi Deshlhara, President of Krishi Upaj Mandi Balod Mr. Bholaram Deshmukh , Dr. Rajendra Harmukh, the central president of Delhiwar Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj, senior social worker Mr. Hardev Delhiwar, social patron Mr. Ram Sahai Deshmukh, And other public representatives and community leaders were present. During this, Mr. Baghel unveiled the statue of Veer Shiromani Chhatrapati Shivaji in village Parasatrai. The Chief Minister appreciated the painting of the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj while expressing his hearty happiness on painting it with cow dung paint. Mr. Baghel duly inaugurated the program by garlanding and lighting the lamp on the oil paintings of Chhattisgarh Mahtari and eminent personalities of the society.
During this, Mr. Baghel threw light in detail about Chhatrapati Shivaji’s unique might, patriotism and life full of moral and human sensibilities. The Chief Minister said that Shivaji’s army was certainly small, but his self-confidence, discipline and patriotism had no match. He fought with the Mughal army with full determination on the strength of his self-confidence. On this occasion, while highlighting the characteristics of the Delhiwar society, he said that the Delhiwar society has its own distinctive food habits, lifestyle, Identified by business. Today I am feeling proud to participate in the program of Delhiwar Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj. For this, he thanked the people of the society from the bottom of his heart. On this occasion, the people of Delhiwar community also honored Mr. Baghel by weighing him with Chhattisgarhi cuisine. On this occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel also extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to the young men and women of the Delhi-based society who were selected for high positions through various competitive examinations.
