Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel is addressing the farmers and laborers of the state on Shram Tihar with the slogan ‘Shramev Jayate’
He said that our government has always respected laborers working in mining, agriculture, construction and other sectors.
In the last 4 years, our government has started many schemes for the labourers.
– Our government is putting money directly into the account of laborers, be it Noni Empowerment Scheme or other schemes.
Chhattisgarh’s laborers have got work even during the lockdown, there has never been a recession in the economy of Chhattisgarh.
Better health facilities are being provided to the general public through mobile medical units.
More than 18 lakh 40 thousand construction workers have been registered in Chhattisgarh.
More than 26,000 daughters have been benefited under the Noni Se Sashaktikaran Yojana.
An amount of more than Rs 56 crore is being provided to the laborers through DBT today.
Our government is procuring 65 types of minor forest produce. To benefit tendu leaf collectors, the amount has been increased to Rs 4,000 per standard bag.
Today this day is being celebrated as Bore Basi Tihar. Our government has done the work of giving respect to the food of the poor.
Our government is also doing the work of preserving the traditional songs and dance music of Chhattisgarh, traditional Teej festivals are being encouraged.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister started his talk with the lines written by Dr. Khubchand Baghel “Gajab Vitamin Bhare Hue O Chhattisgarh Ke Baasi Mein”.
He said that today is the festival of our workers, the good condition our state is in today is because of the hard work of our workers.
For the last 4 years, our government is working for the workers and farmers. This assistance is going directly into the account. With this they can buy the item of their choice.
When the world was battling with the lockdown, our laborers were working. Our state did not see recession even in those difficult days, your labor is behind this.
Blue colored mobile medical van comes and free treatment is done. The amount is being given in case of death or accident of the workers. E-rickshaw subsidy is being given to women workers.
Honorarium for Tendupatta workers has been increased. Teej festival is celebrated by our labor brothers with great enthusiasm. The work of promoting it is being done by our government.
Today is being celebrated as Hum Bore Basi festival. Last year everyone ate stale sacks. Respected the food of the workers. We are proud of the respect of our food.
Workers sing songs like Karma and Dadriya. We have brought them to the centre.
