Devotees’ facilities and beautification will be expanded in Chandkhuri

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has directed the Chief Secretary to increase the facilities of devotees at Mata Kaushalya Temple located in Chandkhuri. The Chief Minister has tweeted that it is pleasant and encouraging to see a large number of devotees coming to Mata Kaushalya Temple in the new year.
The Chief Minister sent a special team to Kaushalya Mata Mandir Chandkhuri to inquire about the facilities available there from the devotees. In view of the demand of the devotees, Mr. Baghel has directed the Chief Secretary to provide road widening, street lights, vehicle parking facilities outside the temple. The feet of the devotees burn due to the hot stones in the temple premises. Heat resistance paint will be done for this. Arrangements will also be made for construction of tin shed to avoid rain. Instructions have been given to install water coolers with filters inside and outside the temple for drinking water. The attractive idols of Lord Vishnu lying on the sea churning and Sheshnag in the middle of the pond will be made more attractive. A grand garden has been asked to be developed as soon as one enters the temple premises. The boundary wall of the temple will be made higher and more attractive, in which the life character of Lord Shri Ram will be presented in an attractive manner. Apart from this, for the convenience of the devotees, instructions have been given to make toilets with all facilities outside the temple premises.
