Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel reached Chhawani Chowk of Bhilai Nagar Vidhansabha of Durg district today as part of his state-wide meet-meet campaign. Here, in the hospitality of Mrs. Lakshmi Patel and family, the Chief Minister reached her house for food, where the Patel family warmly welcomed the Chief Minister by offering Tilak-Aarti and a bunch of flowers at the main door of the house. Forest Minister and in-charge of the district Mr. Mohammad Akbar and local MLA Mr. Devendra Yadav were also present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister relished the delicious Chhattisgarhi food served with simplicity by the members of the Patel family. The Chief Minister had Rice, Dal, Roti along with Munga Aloo Ki Sabzi, Kanda Bhaji, Palak Matar Ki Sabzi, Konchai Kumhda and Jimikanda Ki Sabzi, Salad and mango chutney and kheer are served. The Chief Minister thanked the Patel family by presenting them gifts for the delicious Chhattisgarhi food. The family members were very excited to see the Chief Minister sitting in the midst of the family and having food in his hospitality.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel was told by the head of the family, Motilal Patel, that he has a joint family of three brothers. Screen printing is a family business, his family’s ration card and Ayushman card of all the members have also been made, he has also taken advantage of the housing scheme.
