At present, 29 thousand 111 hospital beds have been developed by the state for the treatment of patients in these institutions. Which includes 406 ICUs and 370 HDUs. Beds are included. For the operation of all these Covid Hospital and Covid Care Center, a demand letter of Rs 821.93 crore was sought by the letter referred by Health and Family Welfare Department, Chhattisgarh, but till date only Rs 85.19 crore has been received. Please provide the remaining amount for Covid as soon as possible so that all the necessary resources can be arranged in time.

In the present scenario where the number of delicate patients of Covid is increasing. There is an urgent need to increase the 54 ICU beds available at AIIMS Raipur to 200 beds. In the past various materials were demanded by the state against which very little quantity of material was received. In the present situation, the need for various medical supplies is dispatched in the state, which the state should bother to supply as soon as possible. Mr. Baghel has expressed hope that the epidemic will be controlled as soon as possible by the combined efforts of the Central Government and the State Government to prevent Covid -19 infection in the state of Chhattisgarh.
