Raipur: Chief Minister Mr. Baghel released districts for the prevention of corona and Rs. 1.20 crores: Total amount of Rs. 10.40 crores released so far from the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund to the districts

Raipur, 10 May 2020. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 1 crore 20 lakh from 9 districts of the state for the prevention of Novel Corona virus infection in the state from the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund.

An amount of Rs 20 lakh has been sanctioned from the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund for the prevention of corona infection in Raipur district. Similarly, Rs 15 lakh each has been sanctioned to Rajnandgaon, Durg, Kabirdham and Bilaspur districts and Rs 10 lakh each has been sanctioned to Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Surajpur, Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi and Mungeli districts.

It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel had earlier released Rs 25-25 lakh to all 28 districts and Rs 20 lakh to 11 districts for prevention of corona virus infection in the state. In this way, Rs 10 crore 40 lakh has been released to the districts so far.
