Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Datan of Balodabazar district Mr. Ved Prakash Verma had a courtesy call on Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel in his office room located in the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha premises today. Shri Verma presented the wooden work of Chhattisgarh’s Raj Geet ‘Arpa Pari Ke Dhar……..’ to the Chief Minister.
Mr. Ved Prakash Verma told Chief Minister Mr. Baghel that the wooden work of Rajgeet has been made by handicraft artist Mr. Dageshwar Verma, resident of capital Raipur. Expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister for giving the status of Rajgeet to the song Arpa Pari Ke Dhar composed by Dr. Narendra Dev Verma, Mr. Verma said that the cultural glory of Chhattisgarh appears in its natural form in the song Arpa Pari Ke Dhar. The unique geographical beauty of Chhattisgarh’s picturesque rivers and mountains and the rich folk life of Chhattisgarh have been beautifully depicted in Rajgeet, filled with the fragrance of the soil of Chhattisgarh. Hearing which every Chhattisgarhi feels proud. Home Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu and Kasdol MLA Ms. Shakuntala Sahu were also present on this occasion.
