Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has paid humble tributes to former Union Minister late Mr. Vidyacharan Shukla on his death anniversary on June 11. The Chief Minister said that late Mr. Shukla represented Chhattisgarh at the Center for many years. He is recognized as a skilled politician and good administrator. His contribution to Chhattisgarh can never be forgotten.
