Raipur: Chief Minister Mr. Baghel launched a campaign to provide free corona vaccine to people above 18 years of age in Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel today launched a campaign to introduce free corona vaccine to 18 to 44 years old people in Chhattisgarh through video conferencing at his residence office in the capital. During this time he discussed with the people who were vaccinated Covid-19 in Bhilai-Durg, Raipur and Bilaspur and also advised them to follow the rules for prevention of corona infection. On this occasion, he congratulated and congratulated the vaccination team and the people who were vaccinated in the campaign.
It is worth noting that Chhattisgarh is the first state in the country, which has started the introduction of free corona vaccine for people above 18 years of age from today. On this occasion, Health Minister  T.S. Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Subrata Sahu, Secretary to the Chief Minister Mr. Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi were also present on the inauguration of the vaccination.
Inaugurating the campaign, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that vaccination is an important weapon to prevent corona infection. This will definitely succeed in defeating Corona in the state. He informed that for the successful operation of the vaccination campaign in the state, every necessary arrangement has been completed with the coordinated efforts of the government and administration. In this, Antyodaya ration card holders have been given priority for vaccination of people above 18 years of age. The Kovid-19 vaccine will be given free of cost to all categories of people above 18 years of age, in line with the availability of further vaccines in the state. He said that in the first batch of corona vaccine for vaccination of people above 18 years of age, about 1.5 lakh doses were available in the state this afternoon. It has been allocated for all the districts immediately and this campaign has started in Durg and Bilaspur districts including the capital in the state.

Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that to prevent and prevent corona infection, it is necessary to follow Kovid friendly behavior.
