Raipur: Chief Minister Mr. Baghel attended the taking over ceremony of the chairman and members of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission.

Raipur, 25 July 2021.   Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today attended the taking over ceremony of the Chairman and members of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission virtually from his residence office in the capital. On this occasion, he congratulated and congratulated the Chairman of the Commission  Gyanesh Sharma and the members  Ravi Baksh, Ravinder Singh, Ganesh Yogi and Rajesh Nara for their new responsibility.

 

 

 

Agriculture Minister Shri Ravindra Choubey, Industries Minister  Kawasi Lakhma, MP  Deepak Baij and Vice-Chairman of Bastar Area Tribal Development Authority  Vikram Mandavi and MLA Smt. Devati Karma were present on this occasion. Social Welfare Minister Mrs. Anila Bhendia, Chairman of Khadi and Village Industries Board Mr. Rajendra Tiwari, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation Mr. Shailesh Nitin Trivedi and Secretary of Social Welfare Department Ms. Reena Babasaheb Kangale joined through video conferencing.

 

 

 

Addressing the program, Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that yoga related to ancient knowledge is a tradition of our country. Yoga keeps both our body and mind healthy and it can make our body healthy. He told that the field of yoga is wide. Lord Shri Krishna has given it a lot of detail by connecting it with Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Karma Yoga. Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission should give wide publicity about its importance and more and more people should be connected to it. So that yoga should be included in our daily routine.

 

Agriculture Minister Shri Ravindra Choubey and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Anila Bhendia also addressed on this occasion and stressed for bringing public awareness about the importance of Yoga. Shri Gyanesh Sharma, Chairman, Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission addressed the program and asked to take all possible initiatives to take Yoga to the highest peak in Chhattisgarh.
