Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, after meeting the general public at Jarhagaon in Mungeli assembly constituency today, met representatives of various social organizations at Circuit House Mungeli in the evening. During this, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel took information from the office bearers of the society regarding the works, activities and problems of social concern. On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced the sanction of funds for the construction of several social buildings. He asked many community leaders to register the land being given by the government at a concessional rate for the construction of social buildings. The Chief Minister said that as soon as the allotment of land is done, funds will be given for the construction of the social building. On this occasion, Parliamentary Secretary and Takhatpur MLA Mrs. Rashmi Ashish Singh, MLA Mungeli Mr. Punnu Lal Mohle, Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Ankit Anand,

A delegation of Yadav community met Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel at Circuit House Mungeli and appreciated the Chhattisgarh government’s plan to build a Gothan in the village. He said that Daihans were becoming extinct in the villages. You have not only saved the existence of Daihans, but have made better arrangements for fodder-water and maintenance of livestock there. The Yadav community thanked the Chief Minister for this. The people of the society also thanked the Chief Minister for announcing the purchase of 20 quintals of paddy per acre and said that this would benefit the farmers more. The people of the Yadav community also demanded that the people of the society living in Vananchal should be given lease of forest land and an additional amount of Rs. 10 lakh should be sanctioned for the social building apart from the Rs.

The Chief Minister directed to release the sanctioned amount of Rs 25 lakh each for the construction of social building of Sahu Samaj and Sonkar Samaj soon. The Sonkar society appreciated the Chief Minister for the schemes run by the government for the betterment of the people of all the societies of the state and said that the people of all the societies are getting its benefits. Thanked the Chief Minister for arranging purchase of 20 quintals of paddy per acre from the farmers now at the support price. On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced Rs. 20 lakh each to the Sikh community and Buxar Kshatriya community, Rs. 25 lakh to the Muslim community and an additional amount of Rs.
