Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel met heads of various societies and office bearers of social organizations at Janjgir, the headquarters of Janjgir-Champa assembly constituency, during his meet-and-greet program today. The Chief Minister discussed in detail the activities of social concern one by one from the officials of all the societies and organizations, besides taking feedback on the implementation of government schemes and programs. On this occasion, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel approved the amount for the construction of a social building on the demand of representatives of several societies. On the demand of Kanojia Kurmi Samaj, the Chief Minister announced sanction of Rs 50 lakh for the upgradation of Dharamshala at Shivrinarayan. 
 On the demand of Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj, Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel gave Rs 20 lakh for social building, Rs 20 lakh for construction of community building in Janjgir on the request of Yadav Samaj and Sahu Samaj, upgradation of community building of Saryupariya Brahmin Samaj. The Chief Minister was welcomed by the office bearers and members of Farmers Welfare Committee Janjgir-Champa by presenting old rice, shawls and mementos as a mark of respect. On the request of Krishak Kalyan Samiti, the Chief Minister gave necessary instructions to the officers regarding water supply from canals for irrigation of Rabi crops. On the request of Marar Patel Samaj, Chief Minister gave necessary instructions regarding construction of stop dam in Kanjinala and construction of hostel for backward class students on the request of Kenwat Nishad Samaj. The Chairman of Agrawal urged the Chief Minister to open City Hospital in the building of the society located on Main Road in Naina. The office bearers of Janjgir Press Club also met the Chief Minister on this occasion and demanded construction of a building for the press.
