Raipur, 12 May 2022. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today inaugurated the newly constructed second floor of Advocate General’s office located in Bilaspur High Court Complex through video conference from his residence office. The construction of the second floor of this office building has been completed at a cost of Rs. 1 crore 65 lakh 86 thousand.
Advocate General of Chhattisgarh, Mr. Satish Chandra Verma, Additional Advocate General Mr. Amruto Das, Mr. Sunil Otwani, Mr. Chandresh Srivastava, Mrs. Meena Shastri and Mr. Raghavendra Pradhan along with Law Officers and official officers-employees from this program through video conferencing. While congratulating and wishing everyone including the Advocate General on the occasion of the inauguration of the second floor of the office, the Chief Minister said that with the completion of this new construction, the Advocate General would be able to discharge his duties in a more systematic and convenient manner. Necessary arrangements are being made for the speedy and smooth functioning of this office. The Chief Minister expressed happiness over the building expansion of the Advocate General’s office as well as the digitization of the work of the Advocate General’s office. He said that due to digitization, the relevant departments of the government get information regarding litigation etc. on the same day. This is also saving the time and labor of the departmental officers. Mr. Baghel assured to provide all the facilities as per the requirement of Advocate General’s office in future also.
