Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today started this national campaign by giving two drops of polio vaccine to small children in his home village Bagiya. During this time, Chief Minister Shri Sai took children Divyansh Yadav, David Sai and Sheetal Paikra in his lap and gave them drops from his residence. Chief Minister Shri Sai appealed to the parents and said that they should give two drops of the dose of life to their children so that no child is left behind. It may be noted that today the National Intensive Pulse Polio Campaign is being organized on 3 March 2024. Pulse Polio campaign will be run for three days. On the first day, March 3, polio doses will be administered to children aged 0 to 5 years at the polio booth. On March 04 and 05, team members will go door-to-door and administer polio drops to the left-out children. Health centers and Anganwadi centers will be made polio booths and teams have been formed through health workers, Anganwadi workers and Mitaneen.
