The Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated the 4 Seva Rath Ambulance in Rajnandgaon district in a program organized at his residence office here this evening to provide immediate medical care to the patients affected by Kovid infection. In Rajnandgaon, Mr. Bhuneshwar Baghel, President of Chhattisgarh Scheduled Caste Development Authority, flagged off an ambulance. These ambulances have been provided by the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes Development Authority for the expansion of health facilities in Rajnandgaon district.

The Chief Minister said in his address on the occasion that during the second wave of Corona, people from all over Chhattisgarh as well as people of Rajnandgaon district have faced a lot of difficulties, with the cooperation of all to a great extent in controlling this transition. is. It is a matter of great satisfaction that the infection rate in Chhattisgarh is now only 8 percent. In Rajnandgaon district, it has come down to only around 3 percent. The number of new patients is decreasing throughout the state and the recovery rate is constantly improving. It is a matter of great pleasure that the rate of recovery in Rajnandgaon district has reached around 94 percent. We have achieved this place after losing a lot. Many people left us forever due to Corona. This second wave has made us realize well how dangerous the corona virus can be.

Talking about the efforts made in Chhattisgarh to deal with the second wave of Corona infection, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that Chhattisgarh was able to control the second wave of Corona quickly because we have made foolproof arrangements since its inception. . Like other states, we have neither had a disruption of oxygen nor a shortage of essential medicines. We hastily arranged beds in hospitals and Covid centers and made the availability of beds available online. Following the strategy of testing, tracing and treatment, Chhattisgarh has developed more and more resources in a short period of time. New virology labs are constantly being set up in the state for maximum number of investigations. At one time we were able to do only 20-30 thousand tests per day. Today more than 70 thousand tests are being done everyday.

Chief Minister Mr. Baghel appreciated the cooperation given by all social and other organizations at all levels during the second wave of Corona. He said that people and social organizations of all classes contributed actively in fighting this battle in Chhattisgarh. While the rate of recovery in Rajnandgaon district was up to 74 percent in April, it has increased to 94 percent today. Similarly, the recovery rate in Chhattisgarh state has now gone up from 89 to 90 percent. This has been possible only with the collective efforts of all.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said that the crisis in Corona has not been averted. Along with the development of resources, it is also necessary that we follow the social rules of the Corona period. Adopt social distancing. Used to wash hands from time to time. Avoid overcrowding in social events. Be aware of yourself, make others aware too. When your shift comes, do get vaccinated. Vaccination and masks are the best way to avoid corona. Health facilities in rural areas are being strengthened continuously. Today, four medical ambulances are being launched in Rajnandgaon. These have been arranged under the head of the Scheduled Castes Development Authority. These ambulances are being made available to Community Health Center Ghumka, Community Health Center Dongargarh, Primary Health Center Mudhipar, Primary Health Center Markam Tola. The health infrastructure of these areas will be further strengthened through these ambulances.
