Raipur, 07 March 2021.  Chief Minister Mr. Baghel gave away works worth Rs 121 crore to the people of the area at a program organized at Budhwari Bazar Birgaon here today. In which 104 crore 23 lakhs for the upgrading work of the Birgaon Magnification Water Supply Scheme, 35 lakhs for beautification work near the main gate of Advani Arlicon Government Higher Secondary School, Birgaon, PVC storage tanks and various development for water supply system in all the wards under the Infrastructure head. 53 lakh 36 thousand for work, one crore 48 lakh 35 thousand for e-rickshaws for sanitation work, 9 million 47 lakh 48 thousand for 69 work for CC road and drain construction under infrastructure head, CC road and drain under 14th Finance Commission Including 83 works of 4 crores 75 lakh 75 thousand for 42 works for construction.

 

Chief Minister Mr. Baghel announced the opening of a branch of District Cooperative Bank in Birgaon on the request of Regional MLA Mr. Satanarayana Sharma, while he announced the renaming of Birgaon College in the name of Late Nandkumar Patel and opening of Swami Atmanand English Medium School in Birgaon area. . In the program, lease distribution was distributed to 148 beneficiaries under Rajiv Gandhi Aashraya Yojana and e-rickshaws were also distributed to 53 people. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel distributed patta to Kanchan Kurre Satrupa Nishad, Sunidhi Dewangan, Dulari Dewangan, Nilesh Vari Sahu, Rajni Sahu, Narwadia Yadav, Reena Bai and Kumari Das and e-mail to Jyoti Jharia, Ahilya Jamulkar, Mamta Dhruv, Yogesh and Lokesh. Addressing the program, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that our government is constantly making efforts to protect the interests of the village, the poor, the farmers and the needy. He said that the award of the cleanest state has been received by our state for the second consecutive year, it is a matter of pride. He informed that the honorarium of Swachhta Didi has been increased from 5 thousand rupees to 6 thousand rupees. Baghel said that under the Chief Minister Slum Health Scheme, more than 8000 people have been tested for health under the Municipal Corporation of Birgaon. Two mobile medical units have provided free health check up and medical facility to the people of the area. He said that Gothans are being arranged in urban areas as well. Today, people are buying motor cycles and Tata S by selling cow dung under the Godhan or scheme. On the one hand, the dirt is getting exhausted while it is also becoming a source of income.

Agriculture Minister and District In-Charge Minister  Ravindra Choubey said that under the leadership of  Bhupesh Baghel, our government is doing remarkable work for the development of all sections. He went into detail about the work done by the government in the Corona crisis. Addressing the program, Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shiv Kumar Dahria said that basic facilities are being provided by our government in all the urban bodies of the state and special care is being taken to ensure that the people of the area do not face any problem of any kind. is. He said that the drinking water magnification scheme would prove to be a milestone. He said that important schemes like Chief Minister’s Ward Office, Dai Didi Clinic Scheme, Urban Health Slum Scheme have been launched to provide basic amenities to the people of the body.
