Chief Minister Govansh Mobile Medical Scheme will be started in Chhattisgarh on the instructions of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel with the aim of providing best medical service to the cows. In the first phase, this scheme will be started with one or two medical vehicles in each district. The scheme will be expanded in a phased manner.
In order to ensure good health for every citizen of the state, from the development blocks to the district headquarters, along with all the well-equipped government hospitals, Mukhyamantri Slum Health Scheme and Mukhyamantri Haat-Bazaar Clinic Yojna are being operated. Under this, better medical facilities are being provided through mobile medical units from urban labor settlements to citizens living in remote and inaccessible places.
On the same lines, mobile medical vehicles were also used for the better health of the cows while taking forward the work of conservation and promotion of livestock. Will go At present, along with government veterinary hospitals, there is a provision for health care of livestock in the Gothans built under the Suraji Gaon Yojana in the state. For better animal health, pastures were also developed in Gauthans, so that nutritious fodder could be arranged for the animals. Now through the new scheme, the health facilities of the cow will be further expanded. Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has asked the Chief Secretary of the State Shri Amitabh Jain to ensure that necessary action is taken in this regard at the earliest.
