Raipur, 23 January 2022. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has congratulated all the daughters on the occasion of National Girl Child Day and extended best wishes for their bright future. In his congratulatory message, he has said that National Girl Child Day is celebrated every year with the aim of removing the inequality between sons and daughters and to bring awareness in the society about the rights of daughters. He has said that daughters should study a lot, move forward fearlessly and make their dreams come true, the cooperation of the state government is always with them.
Mr. Baghel said that it is a matter of pride and happiness that Chhattisgarh is top among the states in the sex ratio. This has been made possible by the tradition of respect for women in Chhattisgarh and a better environment for sisters, daughters and mothers. That is why today daughters are progressing in every field, he said that girls are the pride of the country, state, society and family. There is a need to provide safe and comfortable environment to empower them. For this the society needs to be more aware. The Chief Minister has said that it is our collective responsibility to provide better health, education, and a safe environment to our daughters. So that they can become a participant in the progress of the country and the state along with their families.
