Raipur, 24 January 2022 . Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has greeted the people of the state on the occasion of National Voters’ Day on 25 January. In his congratulatory message, the Chief Minister has said that National Voters’ Day gives awareness of the rights and duties to maintain the democratic system. This day makes us aware to strengthen the democratic values and traditions.
Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that India is known all over the world for its democratic system. We all have a primary responsibility to play our part in strengthening our democracy. All citizens should exercise their valuable franchise with full responsibility and fearlessness. The Chief Minister has appealed to all the youth who have completed 18 years of age to get their names included in the voter list and become a part of the glorious tradition by participating in the voting process.
