Raipur: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will launch ‘Arth’, an integrated brand of Gauthan products on February 18.

Raipur, 17 February 2022. Chief Minister  Bhupesh Baghel will launch ‘Arth’, an integrated brand name of various types of products made naturally by women self-help groups, in Gauthans of the state in a program organized at his residence office at 11 am on February 18. With this, gift hampers prepared by women self-help groups under the brand name Earth will be available for sale in the market. The Chief Minister will also release the logo of Earth brand on this occasion.
It is worth noting that many materials used in daily life are being manufactured naturally by women self-help groups in Gauthans. These will be sold in the market under the brand name Earth. Four special types of products are being prepared by 277 women self-help groups belonging to 230 Gauthans of 22 development blocks of the state, in which two types of immunity-tea, lemon grass, citronella, palmarosa and basil are being prepared using lemon grass and Aparajita. Four types of essential oil, multani mitti, honey, milk, basil, lemon, aloe vera, lemon grass and eight types of soap made from turmeric and five types of red, green, blue, Contains yellow and pink organic gulal. Under the guidance of Godhan Nyay Mission, the above products of women groups are very attractively packaged in the form of gift hampers. Its AOT has also been prepared. This gift will be sold in the market under the Hamper Earth brand name. Its marketing will also be done through the website.
In the presence of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, there will also be an MoU between Director Horticulture and Farm Forestry and  Ganesh Global Private Limited to prepare organic Gulal and worship material through women self-help groups in Gauthans. It is worth mentioning here that the pilot project of preparation of organic gulal and worship material is in operation in Rajnandgaon district. Under this MoU has been signed between Sakhi Group organization Somani and Shree Ganesha Global Private Limited. Under which, women members of 50 women self-help groups have been given proper training to prepare organic gulal and worship material. Along with the cultivation of flowers in Vrindavan Gauthan, village Anjora of Rajnandgaon district, women self-help groups have started making gulal and worship materials from flowers in the rural industrial park there.
Under the MoU between Director Horticulture and Farm Forestry and Shri Ganesh Global Private Limited on February 18, organic gulal and worship material will be manufactured in 10 Gauthans of Durg and Raipur districts in the first phase. For this, 150 women self-help groups of both the districts have been linked. Women Self-Help Groups will prepare materials like sandalwood powder, cotton wicks, kumkum, roli, havan etc along with organic gulal.
