Raipur: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated the furnished government district library building in Pandri.

Students will be able to prepare for competitive examinations like UPSC, PSC, NEET, JEE, Bank and Vyapam in the library built at a cost of about 1.50 crores.

Raipur 06 January 2021. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today inaugurated the grand and well-equipped Government District Library at village Pendri near Janjgir, the district headquarters. Assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant, Minister in-charge of Janjgir-Champa district, TS Singhdev and MLA Ramkumar Yadav were also present on the occasion.
With the release of the District Library, students will be able to prepare for various competitive exams like UPSC, PSC, NEET, JEE, Bank and Vyapam, sitting in a quiet environment away from the noise of the city. People interested in reading books will also get the facility to study books based on various genres and thematic knowledge.

 

 

This government digital library located in Pendri has more than 6 thousand books as well as various magazines, magazines, books based on biographies of legends and digital library. Separate study is available for students preparing for competitive exams like UPSC, PSC, NEET, JEE, Bank and Vyapam etc. The library is fully equipped with Wi-Fi facility. A computer lab has also been prepared for digital information. Facilities of drinking water, toiletries, locker room etc. are also available in the library. The common people and the people of the district will get its benefits. On this occasion, Mr. Yashwant Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Mrs. Parul Mathur, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Teerth Raj Agarwal, departmental officers, distinguished citizens were present.
